Kwenta is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern with a passion for content creation and social media trends. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will assist in developing and executing engaging content strategies across various digital platforms, including YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing DeFi space while contributing to a forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating, editing, and publishing high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
Creatively distribute content to optimize for awareness reach.
Experiment tooling such as ai-generated video and visual design platforms.
Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and marketing goals.
Engage with our community on social media platforms.
Analyze the performance of content and provide insights to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Extremely organized and capable of operating autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Experience with the cryptocurrency community.
Experience in creating visual and video content.
Proficiency in video editing software and/or visual design software.
Creative and confident in using an analytics-driven experimental approach to tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role or relevant internships.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.
Comfortable creating ai generated visual content.
Familiarity with Web3 Social Media platforms such as Lens/Hey, Farcaster, Friend.tech.

Compensation

Annual grant range: 40k-100k USD
