New Tools for Traders

The Grants Council in collaboration with developers at Bootnode is proud to announce the Kwenta Aggregation Terminal, now live at https://compare.kwenta.eth.limo.

The Aggregation Terminal enables users to compare real time pricing, fees, funding, and liquidity across top exchanges. Using the Aggregation Terminal, users can plan their trades and find the best opportunity from one convenient dashboard.

To use the dashboard, simply:

  • Select long or short

  • Enter the size of your collateral

  • Enter your desired leverage

  • View your trade details

  • Follow the link to your desired exchange

What does the Aggregation Terminal do for Kwenta users?

The Aggregation Terminal is a tool for all decentralized perps traders. Although there are many opportunities to expand the features beyond the first incarnation of our comparison dashboard, perps traders will still find an easy-to-use and practical trading tool. Let’s dig in to the features!

Which assets does the Aggregation Terminal help me trade?

The first version of Kwenta’s aggregation terminal compares pricing, fees, funding, and liquidity on ETH/USD or equivalent pairs. As the most popular asset available with deep liquidity across nearly all DeFi exchanges, ETH/USD is an ideal choice for our first iteration.

As an ongoing project managed by the MarketingDAO, the aggregation dashboard can be expanded to include other popular pairs such as BTC/USD, or any asset offered across supported exchanges.

Which exchanges does the aggregation terminal support?

As the current market leaders among on-chain perps AMMs, offering a similar product to users who value decentralization and the security of the Ethereum network, Kwenta’s aggregation terminal currently supports a comparison between Kwenta and GMX. In the future, the Kwenta aggregation terminal could be expanded to support any exchange supporting popular pairs.

Will the aggregation terminal place a trade on my behalf?

The aggregation terminal does not currently support wallet connections, and cannot be used to execute transactions, bridge between chains, or manage existing positions. Using the aggregation terminal, users are able to find the best rates for their trades and follow a link directly to their chosen execution venue. Once inside the chosen application, follow the execution venue’s instructions for onboarding collateral and placing your trade.
