The ascension of raps has felt like a fast break since Griselda grabbed a rebound but lets not forget what 9th Wonder’s Jamla Records has done with Rapsody. Following this run we see Reuben Vincent inking a deal through 9th and now New York emcee The Musalini comes through with an album full of reputable raps.
Roll outs are always interesting to dig into and once listening to the music, following up with the documentary and looking at some music videos, I am fully entrenched in these bars. The Musalini comes with laid-back feet-up nonchalant cognac flows over legendary 9th Wonder vibes that hit at all the right moments.
