i remember days ago when i think of "demand"

It's not necessarily that the customer has changed, but that someone has defined something new for the customer.

The demand hasn't changed, but how the demand is defined behind the scenes has changed, for example

The thirst thing hasn't changed.

I was thirsty, I just drink water, now I'm thirsty, I need to drink something that makes me feel different.

Similarly, the need to show off hasn't changed either

so the point here is "defining".

There's something more interesting than work, which is defining work. Work is to make things work.

Is it work you think people need? Probably not, It's movement (at least that’s what i want).

If we define work as a 9-6 routine where people chained to a grid, that's what it is, if we define work as moving people to make things work, that's what it is.

Demands are not asked for, they are defined. What you want, what excites you, you have the ability to define.
