Our community asked – and we listened. This has been one of the most requested features, so we’re excited to finally release it to the public.

One of our goals is to help artists reach as many people as possible.
The Sound Mobile App makes it fun to discover new artists and music.

On the Home tab, browse through Recent Drops, Viral Sounds & Playlists, and Top Artists & Collectors.

On the Feed tab, keep track of what other artists and collectors are minting. Curate and view your own personalized feed by filtering for activity only from users you follow.

On the Charts tab, listen to Viral Sounds and see what’s trending.
As you discover your new favorite song, collect it on sound.xyz to permanently join the audience and leave a comment to etch your name on the song.
For now, you can only listen to music on the Sound Mobile App, but we’re excited for a world where you can collect your favorite songs in the app in the same way you would on sound.xyz.
Easy access
The vast majority of music consumption today happens on mobile, not behind a computer.
As you discover, curate, and collect, the Sound Mobile App makes it easy to come back and play your favorite songs and playlists.
In the Library tab, listen to your Collection, your Liked Sounds, and any playlists you create or like. As you listen, easily like new songs or playlists, continue adding to an existing playlist, or create new ones.
For Collectors
Collectors are just as critical to the ecosystem as the artists and songs they’re supporting and collecting.
We were deeply intentional in creating an app where our community directly influences the in-app experience, from the content that populates the Home tab, to the user activity in the Feed tab, to the collectors that backed each song.
