The company now has until March 24 to explore options to ease its financial woes, according to two sources with direct knowledge of the matter. However, Vauld had been seeking protection until April 28, according to the latest affidavit dated February 24 and obtained by The Block. The company's previous protection from creditors expires tomorrow.
