On Jan 22th, the announcement of the NFT Bounty Project kicked off the trilogy of our Chinese New Year Community activities. With careful design, we hope our community members can have a more participative experience in our 14-day journey.
In the NFT Bounty Project, we showcased 12 qualified NFT designs, and the winner is “Ethtiger is roaring in Chinese New Year 2022", a very creative and festive work. Now it has been minted and distributed to the creator and the prize-winners in our activities.

In the voting section, there were 167 community members who voted in 2 days.
On Feb 4th, the Live of Interview&AMA with Vitalik was the climax of our community activities. He shared his view on Ethereum in 2021 and his expectations toward 2022, and he also sent wishes to the Chinese community at the end. According to the data on Bilibili, the live platform, the highest viewing record reached 16k, and more than 60 questions were gathered for AMA on discord. Special thanks to @RevBeav#9217 and @𝕰𝖕𝖉𝖗𝖆𝖇𝖇𝖎𝖙#2641 on discord for their help in translating and answering questions for newcomers.

On the incidents...
When we launched these activities, ECN managed a limited community, with the hope of celebrating the Chinese New Year together as community building. However, the farming issue led to the issuance of POAP more careful, so we decided to apply 500 POAPs, and the live views went unexpectedly high, these combined made our POAPs quickly run into shortage. But what needs to be clarified is that limited POAPs were clearly stated in every announcement. We believe those who participated in our live had your gains, even without a POAP.
On distribution methods, we chose to manually distribute mint links to prevent the bots from being exploited and we would also be able to send out the POAPs more timely. However, we do realize that manual distribution has its problem. We know there were members that DM us quite early but did not get one, we apologize for our slips.
We are really grateful that people like our POAP and our live. And all the feedback and advice are appreciated. We will bring a better experience to the community in the future.
