WMP's FAQ

Who are you?

I’m William M. Peaster, a professional writer and creator who specializes in Ethereum and NFTs.

What do you do?

I write about NFTs at Metaversal, a Bankless newsletter publication. I do 100% of the writing and the editing myself.

I also contribute to the comms/community team at JPG, a decentralized NFT curation protocol.

Do you accept payments for Metaversal newsletter placements?

No, I don’t accept inbound promotion requests!

I independently curate every issue’s topic from my vantage of an NFT power user and based on what I personally think will be informative/alpha for my readers.

What if I’m interested in becoming a sponsor for Metaversal?

See the Bankless Sponsor Media Kit and check the Metaversal option when you’re filling out the contact form!

Can I send you a press release?

I publish a Metaversal weekly recap every Friday, so I’m always on the hunt for interesting NFT happenings to include.

If you have ever have any news you think might be of interest to these recaps or for a longer Metaversal write-up, you can email it to me at [email protected].

Submissions aren’t guaranteed to be included, but I will review everything and put things of note on my radar for the future.

Do you publish guest posts at Metaversal?

I have published a few quality guest post submissions in the past.

If you have a first draft of a post that you think would be interesting for the readers of Metaversal, you can submit it on spec + a prospective author’s bio to [email protected].

Again, submissions aren’t guaranteed to be included/edited, but I will review any drafts sent in. Pieces that are organized, informative, and not super shilly have the best chances of being accepted.

As a lone wolf op at Metaversal I can’t offer pay for guest posts, though if it’s of interest the newsletter goes out to +225,000 recipients.

Can you get us on the Bankless podcast?

No.

The Bankless podcast team is a distinct department from my Metaversal work, and I don’t have meaningful insight into their operations. They curate their own scheduling and don’t accept inbound appearance requests.

Are you open to new writing work?

I stay really busy between my work at Bankless + JPG, so when it comes to extracurricular stuff the most I’m good for lately is one-off writing submissions. If there’s a writing opportunity you think I’d be a fit for, I’d be happy to consider it in the very least so just reach out.

Can I use JPG?

Yep, JPG is now open to everyone!

To get started curating/organizing NFTs however you want, head to jpg.space, sign in with your Ethereum wallet, create your profile, and then you’ll be ready to get started.

If you have any questions about the protocol, feel free to reach out to me or come through the JPG Discord where we’re happy to talk shop and NFTs in general any time.

Do you create NFTs?

Yes, I’ve minted all around for a few years now.

If you want to see some of my pieces, I’ve created a Selected NFTs of WMP gallery on JPG that you can review any time. The first works stretch back to 2019, and I update the gallery regularly with newer mints.
