With this write-up we kick off the ⚜️GС Basics series.

The roadmap is vast, there’s a lot to wrap one's head around. As the community grows, we keep receiving relevant questions about GC products. Let’s do a quick recap: we’re starting off a series of short explainers accompanied by simple visual schemes. The full collection will then be found on our Mirror blog.

The first issue aims to sum up and clarify all you need to know about Pathway. So let’s get started!

About 𝔾ℂ

⚜️GTON CAPITAL (𝔾ℂ) is a 🏛DAO building DeFi infrastructure and an ecosystem of products for advancing digital capital markets.

Digital capital markets are a broad concept that encompass DeFi products, NFT market, and metaverses, which become more scalable, secure and truly decentralized each year.

⚜️🏛𝔾ℂ DAO has first introduced Pathway, an algorithmic solution for managing Protocol-Controlled Assets (PCA) and Protocol-Owned Liquidity (POL).

GTON & Pathway

⚜️𝔾ℂ DAO governance token $GTON is an algorithmic governance currency that uses Pathway protocol for collateral management and token pricing on AMM DEXs.

🧬Pathway is an essential element of the GC DAO core infrastructure that also reveals the key advantage of CG in comparison with other ecosystems: DAO algorithmically controls the collateral of GTON and uses Pathway for pricing according to the DAO performance.

𝔾ℂ Ecosystem

⚜️𝔾ℂ Ecosystem (𝔾ℂ Eco) unites several mutually reinforcing DeFi products:

🍬 Candy protocol, a one-sided liquidity mining and staking solution,
🏹 OGS protocol, a zero-fee AMM DEX, and
GCDollar - algorithmic stablecoin,
Solvex - a DEX and launchpad for NFT collections.

⚜️𝔾ℂ Ecosystem (𝔾ℂEco) is supported and bound together by 💠SuSy - a versatile technological environment providing nodes, bridges, oracles and other services for simple and effortless DeFi creation.

Each product has its own mission: Candy is to boost liquidity, OGS to boost volumes, GCDollar to boost TVL, and Solvex to expand in the NFT space/Metaverse.

⚜️𝔾ℂ DAO has two core monetization functionalities: 1.🪢 Bonding (for attracting new holders and generating revenue), 2.🪙 Staking (for engaging holders to hold $GTON). These are the basic GTON Capital protocol functionalities.

Multichain

⚜️𝔾ℂ DAO protocols and products are designed to be natively multichain.

Launched on Fantom first, ⚜️𝔾ℂ products will expand gradually, starting from the most popular EVM-based chains and moving beyond later.

Future Plans

⚜️𝔾ℂ DAO will eventually become a separate blockchain — ⚜️𝔾ℂNet — which will sustain a “triad” that we consider a gold standard: 1. DAO + 2. Treasury controlled by the DAO 3. Pathway. All ⚜️𝔾ℂEco products will eventually will be deployed and evolving on ⚜️𝔾ℂNet.

Roadmap

Candy, OGS and SuSy are currently in development and will be released according to the roadmap.

🧬Pathway is already in production: v0 (testing version) was launched in December 2021, v1 (stage 1 with minimum tracking metrics) will be launched in Q1.
