Talent Scout is a recommendation officer role set up by veDAO community to better explore potential projects. After becoming a Talent Scout, you can independently recommend quality projects to veDAO platform and enjoy various benefits such as project financing dividends and token incentives. veDAO platform only opens the role and rights of Talent Scouts to some users in the early stage, and will gradually open to all community users in the later stage.

Talent Scout's rights

1. Submit potential projects: only if you become a Talent Scout you can submit a project on the veDAO platform, once the project is exhibited, no other scout can submit the project repeatedly, and the Talent Scout can enjoy the subsequent benefits of the project.

2. Edit and improve project information: Talent Scout has the authority to edit and maintain the submitted projects, and can continuously improve the project-related information.

3. DAO reward: veDAO platform will give Talent Scout DAO tokens in the form of airdrop in the early days and lock the position, after locking the position Talent Scout has the right to submit the project and the right to vote, and also enjoy the Staking mining revenue, which can be withdrawn after the end of the locking period.

4. Project financing bonus: If a project submitted by a Talent Scout completes financing in veDAO, the Talent Scout can get a 1% bonus of the financing amount. If the project is not financed, but passed the community vote, the scout can also get the DAO token bonus.

5. Resource sharing & brand exposure: Become a Talent Scout can share veDAO community quality resources to help your personal promotion, at the same time, Talent Scouts can get priority display on veDAO official website, social media and community.
