The Fabricant - Season 1 Creations

The 19th of November, 2021 began like any other day. I awoke, read, ate something, and then began my daily work schedule. I began by reading and responding to emails. While browsing through them, I noticed that I had received one from The Fabricant, titled “YOU’RE IN!” I knew I’d signed up and tried my luck to be a part of their Season 1 but I never imagined I’d get the chance to earn a spot in it. It came as a surprise to me, and I couldn’t believe it until the first day when I was able to mint my two garments. As a result, I minted my two digital pieces from Season 1 of The Fabricant Studio on February 7, 2022.

Now, let me go over the colors and what they mean to me, and then I’ll show you the items created in Season 01 with The Fabricant.

Both designs feature the colors Barberry Red and Cloudy Blue. The symbolism of both colors is something that I am familiar with. Everything I do and make is in keeping with their significance.

Aside from other things, the color red denotes love, passion, desire, courage, and leadership. These are the things that make up my life. Allow me to break things down for you.

As long as I enjoy what I’m doing, I’ll put my heart and soul into it. Love is a crucial aspect of my life, both professionally and personally. I am deeply committed to anything I create and build.

I don’t do anything unless I’m passionate about it or if I genuinely enjoy it. I’m not doing anything just to do it. In my perspective, passion is or should be an important asset in everyone’s life.

Desire has always played a significant role in my existence, assisting me in overcoming any difficulties that I’ve faced. I wouldn’t be here and probably wouldn’t be where I want to be in 5 years if it hadn’t been for it. Nothing can be accomplished without a strong desire, in my opinion.

I’ve always had the confidence to explore and experiment with new things. I never say no when I am asked or expected to do something I am unfamiliar with. I say yes and think about how I can solve them. This thing has greatly aided me in expanding my knowledge and learning things I had no idea I was capable of.

Finally, there is leadership. I was always the type of person who wasn’t very good at anything but knew a little or two about everything. I have an idea of how things might turn out, but I need specialists to fit the puzzle together. I am and will always be a friend to everyone with whom I will ever work. In my projects, there is no “boss.” We’re good friends who work and build together. I am always on the lookout for their voice and advice. If I am the best, I will never be able to achieve my goals. Having better people implies moving forward, so I must be a leader, which is something I’ve always wanted to do.

This is what the color red signifies to me, and it was a must for my Season 1 clothes.

Blue is commonly associated with, among other things, peace, harmony, confidence, and, most importantly, unity. Let me describe them to you.

I believe in the power of peace. I’ve never been a fan of war or chaos. I’ve never thought anything good could come from these struggles.

Harmony is related to peace in several ways. I’ve always wanted to live in peace with others. Whenever something horrible happened between me and someone else, I tried to make it right. If this was not possible, I would have to leave that person behind and move on, with regret in my heart.

I’m always telling people to have confidence in themselves. This is something I learned on my own. I’ve made things better with the right confidence, and every decision I’ve made has been better for me, my future, and others around me who have been influenced by it.

The final and most significant aspect of this color is unity. This is the principle by which I live and have always lived. Everything I create and attempt to do is for the benefit of the community. Only amazing things can emerge from working together. We are all growing together. When it comes to togetherness, I don’t care what anyone says. If someone is opposed, I will do my best to demonstrate the power of a united community and the things that can be accomplished by working together.

As a result, the color blue has a significant meaning in my life, and as such, it was a necessity when picking which colors should be used on my garments.

Nehalennia Dropsuit #181

The Nehalennia Dropsuit is the first piece I’ve created for Season 1 of The Fabricant Studio. The Fabricant Studio created the garment with the assistance of Matthew Stone, who served as the Material designer. I, Eduard, or Odhis as I am called on the platform, got the opportunity to collaborate on the creation of this fantastic costume. I went with the Nehalennia Dropsuit because it offered me a sense of both the digital and physical worlds. It appeared to me to be a piece of apparel that could be created in the actual world as well but was more fit for the digital one. I wanted an item of clothing that could be readily worn in both universes. Even though others could be created and worn digitally and physically, I was drawn to this particular item. I’m not sure why, but I was.

The color palette consists of Barberry Red and Cloudy Blue. Although there were numerous colors to choose from, as previously stated, I knew from the start that a combination of red and blue would be the chosen one. The difficult decision was deciding where to put each of them. After a few moments of deliberation, I made my final decision, which I believe worked out well. I love it!

The Tail #255

The Tail is the second and last item minted in Season 1 of The Fabricant Studio. This fantastic artwork was created by the amazing Scarlett Yang, who worked as a garment designer, and Electric Dreama, who worked as a material designer. Of course, I had the opportunity to co-create it. This was a no-brainer for me. I had an instant affinity with this clothing the moment I saw it. I like how it appears both unrealistic and realistic. I adore the creativity that went into it. The design is breathtaking. Because of its wonderful and unique design, it is a garment that will undoubtedly catch everyone’s attention in the digital world.

As mentioned at the outset of this article, the colors that were chosen for this piece are Barberry Red and Cloudy Blue. For the second time, deciding where to put them was more difficult than selecting which one to use. As a final decision, I’ve opted to place the Barberry Red at the bottom and center of the artwork, with the Cloudy Blue dominating the entire piece. I chose to arrange them this way because, in my opinion, what the color red represents serves as the foundation for the blue one.

Love, passion, courage, desire, and leadership are strongly intertwined and form the foundation of peace, harmony, confidence, and unity. I am aware that one without the other will work, but together they can build and achieve things never seen before. Trust me. I believe that the final combination was the best one, and I am satisfied with how it turned out. It’s fantastic!

*NOTE: I haven’t chosen a name for them yet since I want to find one that is both unique to them and conveys a lasting message. Updates are possible in the future. You will be informed.

These are my two Season 01 creations with The Fabricant. It was an honor to be a part of it, and I’d want to thank The Fabricant for allowing me to be a part of digital fashion history. I’d also like to thank and congratulate Scarlett Yang, Electric Dreama, Matthew Stone, and The Fabricant Studio for designing these two garments, which I’ll always remember as my first digital fashion pieces with The Fabricant. I’m looking forward to Season 2 of The Fabricant, where I hope to get involved again and create more digital fashion designs with the Studio. I am thrilled and enthusiastic about everything The Fabricant is accomplishing, and I am confident that The Fabricant will become a household name in both the history and future of digital fashion.
