The week-long free mint marks the first Sound drop on Optimism.
With over 42,000 mints in the first three days, it’s already the most collected song on Sound to date.
The song is written by Ben Jones, co-founder of Optimism, and produced by Gigamesh, co-founder of Sound and a previous employee at Optimism.
The song is about Vitalik Buterin, the founder of Ethereum.

Daniel Allan - REAL LIFE (WITH KIDDO DUST)
Daniel Allan is entering a new chapter. One filled with new dance music.
The song features Kiddo Dust, a 19-year-old up-and-comer. They connected over DM before producing this track to serve as their Optimism debut.
It’s his first Sound drop under Family Affair, Allan’s new record label that did an EP drop with demotapes last month.

bloody white - UNDO
The final track off CURRENCY is here, and it comes as collectors of the first three drops have collectively earned over 0.54 of the 7.4 ETH generated in total.
bloody is helping collectors of CURRENCY “take control of your financial future” by giving collectors of previous drops a 45% stake.

RŌHKI - Horizon
RŌHKI is back, fresh off their Season Finale on Glass.
This track continues their exploration of AI-generated music and beautiful atmospheres.
It’s their first drop after season one, and we’re left with only a mysterious string of code in the Sound bio.
