BNY Mellon and Franklin Templeton executives to serve as co-chairs of CFTC's digital asset group

Caroline Butler, global head of digital assets at BNY Mellon, will join Sandy Kaul, senior vice president at Franklin Templeton, as the head of CFTC digital assets, according to an announcement from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on Friday.
