South Korean prosecutors will set up a virtual asset joint investigation team to investigate crimes related to virtual assets at the end of July. The Public Prosecutor's Office plans to hold a signboard unveiling ceremony and formally launch the joint team as early as the appointment of public officials scheduled for the end of this month. It is understood that the Seoul Southern District Prosecutor's Office has set up an informal preparation mechanism to put it into practice as soon as the joint unit is launched.
