DeBank Stream's Reward Pool, enjoyed by many, has been live for a while now. Time for an official intro to this feature. Reward Pool is a tipping feature for posts, rewarding not just authors, but all contributors in post distribution.

Whenever a post is published in Stream, a corresponding reward pool is created. For the next 3 days, any user can deposit assets into this pool. Each user's contribution to the post over these 3 days is logged to determine the rewards each one can receive.

Rewards are settled 3 days later: If pool funds exceed the post's realized value, users get rewards matching their contributions, with excess going to the author. If pool funds are less, rewards are proportionate to each user's contribution to the realized value.

Rewards are usually paid out right after the settlement. In some cases, it might take a bit longer, but no more than 7 days after the post. Rewards less than $0.01 won't be distributed, instead, they will be collectively given to the post author.
