The decentralized options protocol Premia announced the acquisition of the Knox Finance team, a structured DeFi protocol, and will cooperate to build the next generation of DeFi strategy libraries on Premia in the future. It is reported that Knox’s flagship product is DeFi Options Vaults (DOV), which provides automated income strategies and formalizes the process of underwriting options to generate income.
