Recently, discipline inspection and supervision organs at all levels in Hubei Province have seriously investigated and dealt with a number of mental problems in violation of the eight provisions of the Central Committee. Now five typical cases are notified as follows.

1。 Tang Guoqing, the former inspector of the provincial public security department, accepted the arrangement of tourism activities of the management service objects. From 2013 to 2019, Tang Guoqing accepted the invitation of Zhu, general manager of a civil explosive equipment company in Hubei, and took his spouse to Hainan, Gansu, Guangxi and other places for three times, and the company paid the travel expenses. Tang Guoqing also had other serious violations of discipline and law. Tang Guoqing was expelled from the party, and his suspected crime was transferred to the judicial organ for handling according to law.

2。 Wen Yaoqing, former member of the Party committee and vice president of the Bank of Hubei, illegally accepted gifts. From 2013 to 2019, Wen Yaoqing successively received 110000 yuan of gifts from three management service objects by taking the opportunity of Chinese New Year holidays, illness and hospitalization. Wen Yaoqing also had other serious violations of discipline and law. Wen Yaoqing was expelled from the party and public office, and his suspected crime was transferred to the judicial organ for handling according to law.

3。 Yang Yaodong, former party secretary and director of Yunxi County Education Bureau and director of the education supervision office of the county government, illegally accepted banquets and drank high-grade famous wines from management service objects. In 2020, during a meeting in Shiyan City led by Yang Yaodong, he illegally accepted a banquet hosted by Zuo Moumou, the legal representative of a company in Shiyan City, the Construction Party of the county’s teaching equipment transformation project, and drank the high-grade famous wine provided by Zuo Moumou during the banquet. Yang Yaodong also has other violations of discipline and law. Yang Yaodong was given a serious warning and recorded a serious demerit by the party, and was removed from the post of party secretary and director of the education supervision office of Yunxi County Education Bureau.

4。 Hu Lixin, former party branch secretary and director of the Economic Development Zone Branch of Macheng Environmental Protection Bureau, abused subsidies and other issues. From 2018 to 2021, Hu Lixin arranged to falsely report the expenses of office supplies, data printing, vehicle maintenance and other expenses to obtain financial funds of 45220 yuan and distribute them to the cadres and employees of the unit in the name of “Spring Festival subsidy” and “work subsidy”, of which Hu Lixin himself received 6000 yuan. Hu Lixin also has other violations of discipline and law. Hu Lixin was given a serious warning and recorded a major demerit within the party, and was removed from the post of secretary of the Party branch and director of the Economic Development Zone Branch of the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.

5。 Huang Yingjun, Secretary of the general Party branch and director of the neighborhood committee of the cross street community in Tiancheng Town, Chongyang County, illegally arranged his son’s wedding banquet. In 2021, when Huang Yingjun arranged his son’s wedding banquet in a hotel, the actual operation scale exceeded the scale reported to the Town Commission for Discipline Inspection by 12 tables, and illegally received gifts from non relatives such as management objects, resulting in adverse effects. Huang Yingjun was warned by the party.
