Life in its irony throws us much dissonance To wrestle with and evaluate its substance Like buying Marxist books on Amazon with reluctance Our learned behaviours are ingrained, yet we crave resistance
That gap between who we are and who we want to be Sometimes feels insurmountable, a tragedy But recognizing ourselves in all our discrepancies Is the first step towards closing the gap on our tendencies
