- Solana eco system P2E game Elumia announced the completion of a new round of fund raising, led by Alameda Research and Animoca Brands, and participated in the investment by Cryptology AG, Guild YGG SEA, GuildFi, and Ancient8.
- Metaverse company Infinite Reality announced it will acquire esports company RektGlobal for $470 million. According to reports, through this deal, Infinite Reality will integrate RektGlobal's entertainment and e-sports business into its existing platform. In addition, Infinite Reality is also planning to go public through a merger with Universal Security Instruments, and the transaction is currently under review by the company's shareholders and the US Securities and Exchange Commission at the time of the USI listing.
