- DEFY Labs, the developer behind the move-to-earn augmented reality (AR) game DEFY, has raised US$3.5 million in a seed round led by Animoca Brands, OliveX, and Spartan Group.Other investors who took part include Polygon Studios, GameFi Ventures, Bixin Ventures, Unanimous Capital, PathDAO, and Play It Forward DAO.
- The Kingdom, a novel multi-platform Metaverse project, announced its private funding round has been concluded successfully.In total, the project raised $3,600,000. A clutch of highly reputable VCs, including the likes of Infinity Ventures Crypto, Alameda Research, Shima Capital, Newman Capital, Sweeper DAO, 3 Commas, Chiron Partners, SMG and Liquid Lab Ventures.
- Joyn, a collaborative platform designed to support the large-scale co-creation of Web3 media, has raised US$3.5 million in its seed round to scale the platform and fund community development.The seed round was co-led by IOSG Ventures and GBV Capital.The recent funds will be used to scale the platform and fund community development.Joyn is currently preparing the launch of its closed alpha, where the initial collaborative projects will be incubated.
