Wormhole, a cross-chain bridge on Solana, is planning to sell 750 million HOLE tokens(7.5% of the total supply) to institutional investors at a price of $0.25 per token to raise $187.5 million, the value of this round is at $2.5 billion. Wormhole was exploited 120,000 ether($325 million) by hacker in February and Jump Crypto decide at the first time to contribute 120k ETH to support the continue development of Wormhole, it can be seen that Wormwhole and Jump Crypto have deep cooperation and association.

Battlebound, a new web3 game studio whose team member are come from Teamfight Tactics, League of Legends, and Overwatch 2, raised $4.8 million in the seed round led by A16Z, followed by Play Ventures and CryptoKitties developer Dapper Labs. Angel investors who participated in the round included Yield Guild Games CEO Gabby Dizon, Dapper Labs CEO Roham Gharegozlou and a16z adviser Alex Price. Battlebound is currently developing two games. Evaverse is a metaverse game that’s open platform for other non-fungible token (NFT) communities to integrate playable avatars. The second game, Project A, is a next-gen creature collection game in which players can discover, battle and own assets. Information shows that the next Battlebound NFT collection will launch later this year.
Projects Brief:
- Altered State Machine (ASM) airdropped 3% of ASTO to its early NFT holder in February, and now is holding a Price Discovery Auction from March 30 to April 5. Auction participator can provide LP (LP is ASTO-USDC, LP will be unlocked after 3 months , both ASTO or/and USDC are available). This Auction provides a total of 1% ASTO as rewards, the reward will be released in 3 months linearly. From the total 1% ASTO rewards, 75% is allocated to those who stake ASTO, and 25% is allocated to those who staking USDC. ASM is an AI metaverse platform. On March 10, it announced a seed round fund raising, the amount is not clear. The investor include the Chernin Group, Warner Music Group, Coinbase Ventures, Delphi Digital, Dialectic and others.
