Crypto wallet MetaMask tweeted that browser extension users can click "Set Advanced Privacy" to change their RPC provider and switch to a third-party service to send requests when creating a new wallet to help detect phishing and identify incoming transactions etc. These features can be enabled or disabled in existing wallet settings.
