OKX officially renamed the proposed BRC-30 standard to the BRC20-S standard, or BRC20-Staking. The purpose of this renaming is to better allow users to understand the essential meaning of the agreement, and introduce a pledge mechanism for the Bitcoin ecosystem, allowing users to earn income through pledge without selling BRC-20 assets, and at the same time allowing the project party to share BRC20-S assets are distributed to Bitcoin or BRC-20 asset holders, thereby helping the ecological development of Bitcoin.

It is reported that the OKX Web3 wallet also plans to introduce the BRC20-S asset trading market. OKX Web3 Wallet is the first multi-chain wallet to support the Ordinals market, and it already supports users to trade BRC20 and BTC NFT assets with zero fees.
