Crypto exchange Kraken has submitted a pre-registration undertaking with the Ontario Securities Commission in Canada, pledging to comply with stricter rules set by the country’s financial regulator, the Canadian Securities Authority (CSA). Kraken has been serving Canadian clients for over 10 years and has over 250 team members across Canada. Since 2019, the exchange has been registered as a Canadian money services business with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Center of Canada (FINTRAC).
