Eric Balchunas, senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, tweeted that ARK Invest had amended its 19b-4 filing for a Bitcoin spot ETF application to include a trade-off between the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and an encryption exchange (possibly Coinbase). Monitor shared agreements, similar to what BlackRock does. Since ARK Invest submitted the application documents first, this may put them in a good position to obtain approval.
