Blockchain technology is the future. Since graduating college in ‘21, my three years of experience has been traditional finance (TradFi). Once I started to understand decentralized finance (DeFi), I knew there was no returning to the inefficient, saturated, uninspiring world of TradFi.
My mission with this ‘Days Collection’ is to set attainable, actionable goals that will keep me progressing efficiently through my journey of one day becoming a leader in blockchain adoption for my generation (Z), as well as allowing me to documenting the process and potentially serve as a roadmap for others. This post serves as ‘Day 1’ of my journey and outlines what I believe to be the most important first steps.
Day 2 milestones will be laid out and begin once Day 1 milestones have been completed. While the goal is to build an audience and help educate people on the endless possibilities of on-chain adoption, I will gladly talk to myself throughout this whole process if that is my fate. I’m here for the love of the blockchain and excitement for my ongoing education.

Create a web3 identity to begin creating publications. The purpose of these publications are as follows: be active on-chain, organize thoughts into coherent ideas, reiterate and solidify my own education while providing value for others at a similar stage in their journey, serve as a reference in understanding my own development. Creating my web3 identity is a continuous stage throughout my journey.

Create a personal website to centralize everything.

Find an opportunity to switch from my current role in traditional corporate finance to a role fully immersed in blockchain education and adoption, whether corporate or independent.

Bring my passion for the blockchain to my ‘normie’ network via LinkedIn and begin to educate my network on the basics of blockchain utility and adoption.
