   1. Scope
      1. Choose a vertical to get expertise on. Operate across investing scope
      2. Anywhere from DeFi, gaming, infrastructure, and consumer
   2. Responsibilities
      1. Source companies that align with investment themes
      2. Attend first calls with investment partners
      3. Support investment memos and diligence process
      4. Work with investment team to write investment proposals
      5. Attend founder experience calls with C1 portfolio companies
   3. Output
      1. Research report on vertical expertise
      2. Have worked on deals that were closed
      3. Have a slate of articles and learnings to add to the web3 community
2. Data Science Intern
   1. Scope
      1. Contribute to the development of bespoke sourcing methods through the collection and analysis of off-chain and on-chain metadata
      2. Research web3 ecosystems and trends to inform investment decisions
   2. Responsibilities
      1. Use analytical techniques to provide data-driven insights
      2. Build datasets and data pipelines using Python/ETL frameworks
      3. Develop real-time SQL dashboards to summarize and synthesize data
      4. Collaborate across the investment, research, and founder experience teams to apply data to business needs
   3. Output
      1. Application of data science to evaluate cryptocurrency markets and web3 ecosystem
      2. Contribution to real-time investment decisions
      3. Experience working across multiple data sources and APIs
      4. Development of real-time data pipelines and reporting dashboards
      5. Contributed-to cutting edge sourcing methods
3. Studios Intern
   1. Scope
      1. Own the project planning and execution for our Studios Incubator
      2. Be connective tissue between our incubator and greater Chapter One team
   2. Responsibilities
      1. Work with Incubator leads on managing incubator program; includes workshopping sessions with the Chapter One team and ensuring that incubations have access to resources
      2. Sharing company updates externally and helping incubations with public-facing content
      3. Navigate ambiguity with all the logistics of running an incubator. Supporting incubations with any needs and challenges that may arise
   3. Output
      1. Document that outlines a repeatable web3 incubator. Framework for future incubations and how to best serve early-stage web3 projects
      2. Build sustainable systems to track, manage, and support incubator
