Sixth, be a maintainer of network and data security. Adhere to the bottom line thinking, improve the system and mechanism, promote the innovative development of network and data security industry, and improve the comprehensive guarantee level of network security. Seventh, be an outsider of international cooperation in digital economy. Actively promote the globalization of emerging Internet services, actively participate in the research and formulation of international rules and standards for the digital economy, and contribute Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to global digital governance.
