It’s a music streaming service for two main people.
Type of person #1: The artist
They can upload their music for free, sell music NFTs with utility and resell royalties, crowdfund projects, build a community, and receive donations. This is not meant to replace Spotify, sound.xyz, or any other source of income. It’s meant to be an extra avenue for making money.
Type of person #2: The fan
They can listen to music for free, create playlists, create communities around playlists, and support their favorite artists. They do so by buying their NFTs, contributing to projects that are looking for crowdfunding or donating. You don’t need a wallet to create an account. You don’t even need an account to listen to the music.
I am curious to know two things from people in the music web3 space and artists.
- Is there another project working on something similar or a similar mission? I’d love to contribute to someone else’s efforts if we align on the mission and values.
- Is this something you’d be interested in? What is missing, what is irrelevant?
